Note: Some Races are race day entry only. Some events  (by Wednesday night 11:59 before the race)- no race day entry.

----- Online Entry:

Enter On-line by clicking www.bikereg.com    starting on whatever Tuesday at 7pm PST the race ad says is the opening date through the Sunday prior to the event. A late fee ($12) will be added to those online entries from the final Monday through Wednesday.  No on-line entry after the Wednesday before the race.  You may need to sign and date your entry form at race registration desk. It is highly suggested you also put your health insurance company's name and any special medical concerns (medications, allergies, etc) on the back of your form.
Read any posted information (rules, feed zone info, changes, etc) at the registration desk. This is your responsibility. You must check in at registration by the scheduled closing time (usually 15 minutes prior). If not, and the race is full, your place may be given to the next rider on the waiting list, and you will lose out

-----By mail:

Note: If you are entering a category that fills up quickly, on-line will be the best way to go.  But you can send standard USAC entry form/release along with basic fee, as listed in the race ad (usually $48) -  (if Postmarked by the Friday  the week before the week of the race) to:
Velo Promo / (Name of Race)
19780 Soulsbyville Road
Soulsbyville, CA 95372.

Note: Mailed-in entries will not be put in the registration system before the race opens online, and if no one is in the office when your mail is received, it might be a day or two later than online opening, and may miss a field closing.
For those postmarked after or entering at the race, add $12. All riders now pay late fees, as the website race info is available throughout the world; no excuses for riders from out of district anymore. It is highly suggested you also put your health insurance company's name and any special medical concerns (medications, allergies, etc) on the back of your form.
Read any posted information (rules, feed zone info, changes, etc) at the registration desk. This is your responsibility
