Licensing:

Road Races and Cyclocross that Velo Promo is involved with are under the permit of the  U.S. Cycling Federation (a part of USA Cycling). A USCF license is required. Annual Licenses for can be purchased by mail or at the race site. One-day licenses can be purchased at the race site for beginning categories.

Mountain Bike Races that Velo Promo is involved with are under 

the permit of  the National Off Road Bicycle Association - NORBA-  (a part of USA Cycling). A NORBA license is required. Annual Licenses can be purchased by mail or at the race site. One-day licenses can be purchased at the race site.
